Gather Requirements
We start by gathering requirements for your project. This is a critical step in the process as it helps us understand your needs, define the scope, and identify your priorities, which we will use to build a roadmap for the project.
Design
Using your requirements along with results from conducting competitive analysis, we will create a User Interface (UX)/User Experience (UX) design that is attractive and intuitive to use. This step includes outlining user flows and producing wireframes and mockups.
Development
Using an agile approach, defined by the project roadmap, we can now begin development. We take pride in developing secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions. Together we will schedule planning sessions and demos that give you insight into the progress of the project.
Quality Assurance (QA)
As we develop and before we are ready to launch your project we will conduct an in depth and rigorous quality assurance process to ensure working functionality. If desired, we can also utilize automated testing tools for even more accurate tests.
Launch
Development is completed, the product has been thoroughly tested, we are now ready for launch! We will handle the preparation and deployment to a production environment.
Maintenance
Although we've now launched, our commitment to you doesn't stop here. We will now move to an ongoing maintenance phase where we can integrate new features, work on fixes, and offer continuous support for you and your product.
